Applesauce For Oil Skin?
Applesauce Face Mask
Here's a tasty recipe for oily skin, but you don't eat it. This goes on the face for a soothing relief of an oily face.
1 quartered apple
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried herb (you can use sage, lavender, parsley, rosemary, peppermint, chamomile, or your preference.)
Cook the quartered apple pieces until they are soft enough to mash up. Mash the apple into a pulp and strain out the solids. Discard the solids. To the remaining liquid, add the lemon juice and herb and mix well.
Apply this mixture to your face as a mask. Leave the mask on for 5 minutes and them wash off with warm water. Apply a moisturizer.
